We carefully select Anxi high mountain Tie Guan Yin as the material and keep it. The tea is moderately baked by charcoal for a long time. Then the essence of the tea appears. It accumulates much essence and enjoys rich aroma and sweet and soft taste. According to the change of the tea, the China classifies the Tie Guan Yin into different grades, namely 5 years, 10years, 15 years, 18years, 28years etc. And the 10 to 28 years tea is said the best one.
